Pho Saigon Vietnamese Noodle House opened its doors in 1998 in Midtown Houston, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey in the world of Vietnamese cuisine. The founder, P.B. Tran, brought a wealth of experience from his previous tenure at a Vietnamese restaurant chain in the U.S., where he contributed significantly to its expansion as a general manager and later as an international consultant in Southeast Asia. His shift from international consultant to entrepreneur was driven by a desire to create a more localized, family-run restaurant that would allow him to spend less time traveling and more time with his loved ones.

Brand Story

What started as a humble "mom and pop" shop with the vision of P.B. Tran and his wife at the helm quickly grew into a thriving enterprise. Within just five years, Pho Saigon expanded to five locations, thanks to the involvement and investment from family members and friends who believed in the brand's potential. This communal support underscored the family-oriented nature of Pho Saigon, making it not just a business, but a community stronghold built on the principles of honesty, integrity, and kindness. Now celebrating its 25th anniversary, Pho Saigon boasts 9 locations and shows no signs of slowing down.
